Privacy policy of 888casino.co.ua
888casino.co.ua requires no registration and has no forms, comments or newsletters. So there is simply no personal data that you knowingly hand over to us. Below is what is still recorded for technical reasons, why, and what happens when you go to the operator's website.
What the site does not collect
- names, e-mail addresses or phone numbers;
- passwords or account data — there are no accounts here;
- payment details: the site does not accept or process payments;
- documents, photos or any files from visitors.
What ends up in the server logs
Like any web server, ours automatically keeps access logs. This is standard technical practice, without which it is impossible to protect the site from attacks and track down faults.
| Data | What it is | Why |
|---|---|---|
| IP address | the address the request came from | protection against attacks and abuse |
| User agent | browser and operating system type | diagnosing display errors |
| Request time | date and exact time of the visit | finding faults, estimating load |
| URL | the address of the page opened | detecting broken links and errors |
These records are not combined with other sources to identify you and are not passed to third parties, except where the law requires it. Only the people who maintain the site technically have access to the logs.
Affiliate clicks: what happens
Some links to the operator's website go through a service address of the form /go/... When you click such a link, our server records the request in the ordinary log and redirects you to the affiliate network, and from there to the operator's website. The network receives the fact of the click, so that a commission can be credited if you register. Your name, e-mail or other contact details are not passed on: we simply do not have them.
The operator and the affiliate network may set their own cookies on their side. We have no influence over these files and no access to them. How they are used is described in the privacy policies of the operator and the network.
Cookies and visit statistics
The site does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. To understand which pages are read most, we may use cookie-less analytics or analytics with anonymised IP addresses. Such statistics show overall numbers, not the behaviour of a particular person.
You can block cookies or delete them in your browser settings at any time — it will not affect how our site works. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, no further steps are needed: there is no advertising tracking here anyway.
How long records are kept
Server logs are kept no longer than needed for security and diagnostics, after which they are deleted or overwritten. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify anyone may be kept longer.
Your rights
Data is processed in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" (No. 2297-VI). This law gives you the right to:
- know what data about you is processed and for what purpose;
- demand that data be corrected or deleted if it is inaccurate or processed unlawfully;
- object to processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, who supervises this area.
A request about your data can be sent through the feedback channels listed on the site. Bear in mind that an IP address in a log usually does not let us reliably establish that a record relates to you.
Changes to this policy
If we start processing data differently, for example by switching analytics service, this text will be updated before the changes take effect. Significant changes, such as new categories of data, will be set out in a separate paragraph so they are easy to spot.
